Minimum booking time is 1 hour. Choose a time slot based on currently available times and then choose any add-ons you require. Please factor set-up, tear-down, and cleanup into your booking time. You may arrive up to 10 minutes early for setup, but please make sure you to be ready to leave promptly at the end of your scheduled time or additional charges will apply. Please read the Included Amenities and Studio Rules tab below as well as other information about parking, accessibility, privacy, reservation changes, and cancellation policies before booking.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our space is not ideal for recording sound on any day other than Sunday or Monday due to the restaurant and bar that operates below our space. At this time, there is also construction that is going on in front of our building which may have the potential for additional sound interference Monday through Friday through at least November, 2026. Parking is on-street and due to the street closure in front of the building you will need to park 1/2 block west of our building. Our space is on the 2nd floor of the building and is stair access only — we do not have an elevator.
